Welcome to Bigmen Fans (https://bigmen.fans), a platform for adult and non-adult content creators, with a focus on the bear community. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bigmen Fans website and services (“Bigmen Fans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using Bigmen Fans, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

Bigmen Fans is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and are legally permitted to view or publish adult content.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering for an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You may not impersonate others or share your account with anyone else.

3. Content Guidelines

Bigmen Fans allows both adult and non-adult content. All content is subject to the same standards and review process. You may only upload, post, or stream content that:

You created yourself or for which you hold all necessary rights and permissions.
Complies with all applicable laws and platform guidelines.

Important: Free content must not contain any nudity or adult material. Any explicit or adult-themed content must be restricted to paid subscriber-only posts. Violations may lead to content removal or account suspension.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

Any depiction (real, simulated, or digitally created) of individuals under the age of 18.
Non-consensual acts, bestiality, incest, or any form of exploitative, abusive, or illegal content.
Content promoting or depicting the use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs.
Any advertisement, promotion, or implication of escort services, sex work involving third-party arrangements, or in-person sexual services.
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or breaches any law or regulation.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding child exploitation and depictions of minors. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Subscriptions and Fan Payments

Fans may subscribe to creators for a recurring fee, billed monthly.
Payments are collected upfront and grant access to content for the duration of the subscription period.
If a fan cancels, access continues until the end of the billing cycle. Renewals require active resubscription.
No refunds will be issued after payment is processed, unless required by law. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

5. Platform Fees and Creator Payouts

Bigmen Fans retains a 20% commission on all creator earnings (subscriptions and paid content).
Creators receive 80% of revenue, paid out via their selected payment method, subject to processing schedules.
Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.

5.1 Token Use and Platform Fees for Creators

If a creator purchases token packs (e.g., through the official token shop or by making a donation that results in token rewards), a 20% platform fee will be deducted from the USD equivalent of the token value when those tokens are used on the platform.
If a user with an existing token balance becomes a creator, a 20% platform fee will also be deducted from the USD equivalent of their current token balance upon upgrade to a creator account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Bigmen Fans to:

Post, share, or distribute unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
Promote, depict, or involve minors in any content.
Advertise or facilitate escort services, sexual services in exchange for compensation, or illegal sex work.
Promote or engage in the use, possession, or sale of illegal drugs.
Harass, defame, or impersonate others.
Upload or share stolen, copyrighted, or private content without authorization.
Bypass or manipulate payment systems or violate platform policies.

7. Enforcement and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove content that breaches our policies or threatens the safety of the community.

All reports are taken seriously and handled with discretion and urgency.

10. Account Deletion

10.1 User-Initiated Deletion

Users may request to delete their Bigmen Fans account at any time through the Account Settings page by selecting the “Delete Account” option. Account deletion follows different procedures depending on the user's role and account status.

10.2 Fans (Non-Creator Accounts)

No Token Balance: If the fan’s account holds no token balance, deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation.
Token Balance Under $1 USD: If the account holds less than $1 in tokens, the remaining balance will be voided, and the account will be removed immediately.
Token Balance $1 USD or More: If the account holds $1 or more in tokens, the account will be marked as pending deletion. The user must contact support at support@bigmen.fans to request a refund or withdrawal. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Once the balance is resolved, the account will be permanently deleted.

10.3 Creators

Active Subscribers and/or Token Balance: If the creator has active subscribers or a token balance, the account cannot be deleted immediately. The creator must:
1. Request a withdrawal of any remaining funds via the Creator Dashboard.
2. Wait until all active subscriptions have expired.
  Once there are no active subscriptions and no remaining funds, the account will be deleted automatically.
No Subscribers, Token Balance Exists: If the creator has no active subscribers but holds funds, they must request a withdrawal. The account will be automatically deleted once the balance is zero.
No Subscribers, No Funds: If the creator has no active subscribers and no remaining token balance, deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation.

10.4 Finality of Deletion

Account deletion is permanent. Once an account is deleted, all associated data—including content, messages, and transaction history—will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

We strongly recommend that users download or archive any content they wish to retain prior to initiating account deletion.

Users who wish to return to the platform must register a new account.

11. Token-to-Cash Payouts

Bigmen Fans uses a virtual token system for fan purchases and creator earnings. Fans may purchase tokens and spend them on content and interactions. Verified creators may convert earned tokens into cash, subject to our payout terms.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Bigmen Fans means you accept the updated Terms.
