At Bigmen Fans, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued, and your responsibilities as a user of our platform.


1. No Refunds on Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription payments (monthly or recurring)

  • Pay-per-view (PPV) content

  • One-time purchases, tips, or donations

Once a payment is successfully processed and access to content is granted, we cannot issue a refund.


2. Exceptions

In rare cases, exceptions may be considered for the following situations:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized charges

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content

To request a refund in these cases, you must:

  • Contact our support team within 72 hours of the transaction

  • Provide your account email, the transaction ID, and a clear explanation of the issue

We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Granting a refund is at the sole discretion of Bigmen Fans.


3. Refund Requests Process

Make sure to include:

  • Your username and registered email address

  • Date and amount of the transaction

  • The reason for your request

We will respond within 3–5 business days.


4. Abuse of Refund Policy

Users who repeatedly request refunds or abuse the policy may face:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Loss of access to previously purchased content

  • Ban from future use of the platform


We encourage you to contact us before disputing charges with your bank or card issuer. We’re here to help and resolve issues fairly.
