1. No Refunds on Digital Content
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Subscription payments (monthly or recurring)

Pay-per-view (PPV) content

One-time purchases, tips, or donations
Once a payment is successfully processed and access to content is granted, we cannot issue a refund.
2. Exceptions
In rare cases, exceptions may be considered for the following situations:

Fraudulent or unauthorized charges

Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content
To request a refund in these cases, you must:

Contact our support team within 72 hours of the transaction

Provide your account email, the transaction ID, and a clear explanation of the issue
We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Granting a refund is at the sole discretion of Bigmen Fans.

4. Abuse of Refund Policy
Users who repeatedly request refunds or abuse the policy may face:
