Bigmen Fans – Creator Agreement

Effective Date: 03.05.2025

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you (“Creator”, “you”, or “your”) and Bigmen Fans (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of the Bigmen Fans platform to publish, distribute, and monetize content.

By signing up as a creator or uploading content, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Content Guidelines, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility & Verification

  • You must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to become a Creator.

  • You must successfully complete our identity and age verification process before publishing any content.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current documentation, including valid photo ID and payment information.

2. License to Use Your Content

You retain full ownership of your original content. However, by uploading to Bigmen Fans, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, display, and distribute your content to users under your control (e.g., fans and subscribers)

  • Promote your content or profile on the Bigmen Fans platform or in marketing materials (with your consent)

  • Transcode, resize, or adapt your content as needed for technical delivery

This license is revocable at any time by removing your content or closing your account, subject to our data retention and legal obligations.

3. Content Standards

You agree that all uploaded content will comply with our Content Guidelines, including:

  • All individuals featured must be 18+ with documented consent

  • Content must not include illegal material, including child exploitation (real or simulated), non-consensual acts, bestiality, incest, hate speech, or drug use

  • Escort services, meetups for compensation, or illegal solicitation are strictly prohibited

  • You may not upload stolen or pirated content, or content you do not have full legal rights to distribute

Violations will result in immediate suspension or termination and may be reported to authorities.

4. Payouts & Fees

  • You will receive 80% of net revenue from subscriptions and paid content purchases by your fans.

  • Bigmen Fans retains a 20% platform fee on all earnings.

  • Payments are made via your selected payout method, subject to a minimum threshold and our payout schedule.

  • You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or legal obligations based on your income.

All transactions are processed in accordance with applicable financial and anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Content Removal & Termination

You may remove your content at any time. However:

  • Content accessed or downloaded by users prior to removal may remain in use under fair use or legal access

  • We may retain certain content for compliance or legal purposes as required by law

  • Repeated or serious violations of our policies may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of earnings

We reserve the right to suspend or ban creators who violate this Agreement or harm the community.

6. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose private user data, platform operations, or other confidential information you access as a Creator. You may not share, leak, or publish platform tools, earnings data, or non-public communications.

7. Intellectual Property

You must respect the copyrights, trademarks, and other rights of third parties.
You agree not to infringe, misuse, or misappropriate the intellectual property of others. Any violations may result in legal liability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bigmen Fans and its affiliates against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Content you upload or distribute

  • Your violation of this Agreement or applicable law

  • Your interactions with fans or third parties through the platform

9. Modifications to the Agreement

We may update this Creator Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bigmen Fans operates, excluding conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in that jurisdiction’s competent courts.
