This Chargeback Policy outlines how payment disputes and chargebacks are handled for Bigmen.fans, where virtual token packages and memberships are purchased through our official Ko-fi shop.

1. Digital Token Sales and Finality

All sales of virtual tokens and membership packages processed via our official shop (Ko-fi) are final. Because tokens are digital goods credited instantly to your Bigmen.fans account for use on content and creator interactions, they are non-refundable once delivered.

2. Payment Processor and Ko-fi Transactions

Because token purchases are processed securely through Ko-fi and its payment processors:

  • Any formal disputes or chargeback requests must be initiated through your financial institution or the payment platform used at checkout.

  • Abuse of the chargeback system—such as filing fraudulent claims for tokens that have already been spent or delivered—may result in the permanent suspension or termination of your Bigmen.fans account.

3. Resolving Issues Before Disputing

We encourage all users to contact our support team directly before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Most questions regarding token delivery, account crediting, or platform support can be resolved quickly.

4. Account Actions Due to Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment reversal is filed on a token purchase:

  • Bigmen.fans reserves the right to immediately freeze, suspend, or terminate the associated user account and any corresponding token balances.

  • Access to content unlocked via disputed funds will be revoked.
